Road Plan Container
road_plan_container is a special prefab for the RoadPlan infrastructure request. Road plan container consists of the spline (a future road) and zones:

Click Generate when you first add the prefab to the scene and every time you change the road plan container, move it in the scene or in the scene hierarchy.
Road plan container main settings:
- Add points at corners — if enabled, the editor will add spline's anchor points on the sharp turns.
- Equal distibution — if enabled, the editor will delete distributions in the area where the road is planned.
- Lane count — number of road lanes. The recommended number of lanes is 1 or 2.
- Zone at corners — if enabled, the editor will add additional zones on the sharp turns. otherwise, the AI vehicles will not be able to correctly traverse the road while building.
- Zone at each point — if enabled, the editor will add zones at every anchor point of the spline.
To set up a road plan:

Edit the spline: select the spline in Content Browser and open a corresponding Tool Shelf tab (see Overlays).
The resulting spline:

Select road_plan_container in Outliner. Click Generate in Viewport. The zones will be moved to the ends of the spline:

Select domains in the road_plan_container in Outliner and check that they are a little lower than the terrain. These are the zones where the player can purchase vehicles.

Select zones > zone_
in the road_plan_container in Outliner and check that the locators are at the same level as the terrain or a little higher. These are the points where the AI vehicles will be spawned and/or recoverd.
